Stock vectors were put to work in the making of this illustration, but they are altered quite a lot. The result I can take credit for and I’m rather pleased with the colours I found. And these awesome numbers are set in HVD Comic Serif Pro. Go check out the cute slideshow for this font telling Comic Sans to get lost.

Professional patient Anna wanted a colour blast for her new blog and I got to play around in Illustrator for a whole wonderful workday to make that happen.

These are a modified set of medical stock icons.

Here’s a sneak preview of some sketches, the graphics and a logo for a client in Beijing; a social club for Norwegian expats. Their website header will have Beijing skyline featuring my drawings of:

This is post #100 here at crayoncrisis.com and it was time for a relaunch. My blog has been wearing a simple, modified White as Milk, but is now all grown up with a brand new theme of it’s own. I’m not quite finished with it yet, so bear with me if something looks wonky. I wanted to publish now anyway.

Thanks to Rashid Akrim who made this handmade font for me to use. And he made it for you too! So download it now and play around — like I did in my new header.

I have been using this blog for almost a year and am getting more comfortable with making and posting my stuff. Which means that from now on, the comments are turned back on! Feel free to comment in either English or Norwegian — I would really love to hear from you.

CO₂nnect is a really cool global school campaign on transport and climate change. This client builds excellent websites themselves, but I have contributed with drawing the graphics, a colour palette and a style sheet. This is a project I have done at Snedig. Check out the CO₂nnect campaign.
