I’m a bit annoyed that I’ve been buying this frozen for years instead of making it myself — homemade is so much better, cheaper and healthier – and not hard at all.

Spagetti Bolognese

For years and years, I really disliked spagetti with any kind of meat and/or tomato sauce. This changed when I discovered better ingredients. For example getting some good minced beef from the butcher, it’s so worth the extra cost compared to cheap&crappy minced meat.

This is the way I’ve been making spagetti bolognese lately. Inspired by Rachael Ray actually… (This is what happens when you work at home, you get new dinner recipies on TV during lunch.)

Chicken Soup

I think I’ve finally perfected this chicken soup after numerous test rounds. It’s a spicy chicken soup with an asian twist, and I serve it with a serious load of coriander. Only in Norwegian, but now atleast I know where to find the recipe.

Beef Stroganoff

Just a recipe for beef stroganoff the way I make it. I never remember what amounts of which ingredients makes it good, but now I’ve finally made notes (in Norwegian, sorry…) and stored them in a place where I’ll always be able to find them. And remember; it’s to be served with mashed potatoes & red wine!
